RETURNSAn item can be sent back for any reason within 14 days for a refund or exchange. The item, if possible, should be in its original packaging if possible and in a saleable condition. You must pay the shipping back to us unless the item is defective and are responsible for the item in this time so please ensure it is well packed to avoid damage in transit. Postage is non -refundable and postage for an exchange item will be charged. Refunds will be processed through your original method of payment. It is essential to get a Certificate of Posting/ Signed For receipt from the Post Office, or Carrier receipt in case the item should go astray in the post as we cannot refund or replace without such proof.
